Are slots coming to Baltimore, MD? You bet they are. The November election Question 2 passed by a wide majority. One of the locations designated in the amendment will allow slots in Baltimore City. One likely location is on a plot of city-owned land just south of Ravens Stadium (Labeled as M&T Bank Stadium). That would put slots in the South Baltimore community and within walking distance of the Baltimore Inner Harbor and many Baltimore hotels.
